Check-in from 15.00 to 19.00 on the day of arrival.
It's possible to arrange check-in after 19.00 on agreement.
Check-out by 10.30 am on the day of departure.

Reservation Rules
When booking, it requires payment of 40% of the total stay; the advance payment has to be made by bank transfer or money order.

Cancellation of a reservation
• If the guest communicates the cancellation within 7 days prior to the date of arrival, will be deducted the entire down payment;
• If the guest communicates the cancellation between 7 days and 0 days the arrival date, will be charged the price for the entire stay;
• If the guest communicates the cancellation within 30 days prior to the date of arrival, about the period of stay ranging from 5th to 20th August, he will be refunded of half of the deposit;
• the stay will be guaranteed only by the number of nights required when you booking. Additional nights will be agreed depending on room availability;
• In case of late arrival or early departure, for whatever reason, you must pay the full price fixed for the stay booked.
